Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing by contacting us at 88709 33105. After dispatch, cancellation is not allowed.
Refunds: Refunds are issued only if the order is cancelled within the allowed time or if the product is not available.
Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Refundable Items: Due to the perishable nature of food items, opened or used products are not eligible for return/refund.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
